150th Celebration of the Civil War.....

This year the FairField Inn, and the town of Gettysburg, are going to be having a kick of of the 150th celebration of the Civil War. The FairField Inn, is going to be one busy place! They are going to be serving Ham and Bean Soup and thier signature dish Chicken and Biscuits, all of this coloniel food is being served in honor of the Civil War, and also is what the Civil War solderis ate during thier time period. I am personally really excited because the owner's daughter me and my sister are going to be able to dress up in old time period costumes and are going to give hours tours from 11:00 to 1:00 on Saturday and the same time for the Sunday celebration! I will post pictures during and after the tour!Also during some time in the afternoon, they will be having a 150 cannon salut in the square of Gettysburg, and are going to have a Renactment of the Battle of Fairfiled directly behind the Inn!! I hope that all of you that read this will consider coming to this glorious event!!! It will be packed full of fun and good times!!! Also me and my friends will be selling apple caramel cookies popcorn and lemondade for all of you hungry visitors!
